Background / objectives

The local contractor issued a public request for bids, in which three companies, including CIRCUTOR, made bids. First, it conducted an on-site technical study with measurements, then CIRCUTOR was offered the project, as it was the most competitive in terms of price/performance. The goal is to improve the network to avoid oversizing transformers

General description

Installation of 22 AFQ active filter cabinets in the 16 factory transformers

• Reduction of the power factor, eliminating the reactive power and optimising the active power available in the network
